Privacy Policy
AllLevelTennis is designed as an offline-first app. We do not operate a backend server for the app, and we do not collect, sell, or share personal data from the app.
Information You Enter in the App
AllLevelTennis lets users record tennis learning and coaching information, including:
- Training records, dates, durations, focus skills, and notes.
- Personal skill notes and memo content.
- Coach mode data, such as student names, skill assessments, pain points, lesson plans, schedules, locations entered manually, and long-term plans.
- Backup files or shared images that you intentionally export from the app.
How Data Is Stored
The app stores your app data locally on your device using the device's local storage. The app does not send this data to an AllLevelTennis server.
Depending on your device settings, local app data or exported files may be included in device backups, such as iCloud backups or other operating-system backup services. Those services are controlled by your device settings and account provider.
Data Sharing
AllLevelTennis only shares app data when you choose to export, restore, or share it. Examples include exporting a JSON backup file, importing a backup file through the system document picker, or sharing a long-term lesson plan image through the system share sheet.
When you choose a third-party app or service from the system share sheet, that third party handles the shared content under its own privacy policy.
Tracking and Analytics
AllLevelTennis does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, or tracking identifiers.
Device Permissions
The app may use system features such as file access, document picking, and sharing so you can create backups, restore backups, and share generated lesson-plan images. The app does not request location tracking, contacts access, camera access, or microphone access for its core features.
Children's Privacy
AllLevelTennis is a general tennis learning and coaching tool. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app does not operate a backend server, information entered in the app remains on the user's device unless the user chooses to export or share it.
Your Choices
- You can edit or delete records inside the app where the app provides those controls.
- You can delete app data by deleting the app from your device.
- You control whether exported backup files or shared images are sent to another app or service.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
